Ingredients :
50g Millet Flakes
1 Medium Banana
Coconut Milk – 100 ml
Water – 200 ml
Recipe :
Add the millet flakes and water to a pan and turn on the heat.
Bring to the boil and then turn down to allow to simmer.
Chop the banana into thin slices and add to the pan.
Stir regularly for at least 15 minutes.
The banana form into the creamy porridge. You can soften the banana if it is of lumps.
If the water boils off, then add some more, as required.
Add the coconut milk near the end of the cooking period.
Add nuts, dryfruits & chopped dried coconut as toppings if you prefer.
Optionally add country sugar / palm sugar based on your preference.
