Healthy foods to eat while being on ‘work from home’​

With the COVID-19 scare all around the globe many organisations are taking measures to prevent further outbreak of this pandemic. Employees are asked to do work from home, many of us are in fact doing this for the first time. In such circumstances, it can be difficult to know how to eat and what to eat in a smart way. Maybe you’re used to going out for a quick lunch or eating in your own company’s cafeteria. Perhaps you have an afternoon coffee-shop routine.
