Millet Flakes Savoury

Ingredients:
Little Millet Flakes 2 CupGrated Coconut ¼ CupChopped Onion ¼ CupChopped Mint as neededChopped Garlic 1 tbspGrated Pepper as per preferenceCoconut Oil 1-2 tbspSalt a pinch
Recipe:
Add coconut oil on a fry pan and heat it. Add onion, mint, garlic, coconut and salt and sauté it until coconut & onion turn slight brownish. Add millet flakes and fry it further for 3-4 minutes. Healthy Savoury is ready.
Cool it to room temperature. Store it in air tight container. Serve as required.
