Nutritious Millet Porridge
Ingredients : Barnyard or any Millet Flakes – 50 gCoconut / Almond Milk – 200 mlCinnamon – 1 tspFruits and Nuts for toppings
Recipe :
Warm up the coconut/almond milk in a saucepan. When warm add the millet flakes and cinnamon.
Stir the mixture on a low heat.
As soon as the porridge has a creamy consistency, remove the pan.
Add pieces of fresh fruit, nuts, (optional)country or palm sugar.
Millet Porridge is ready to be served….
